Sales Manager - Proactive

**Role Overview:** As a Sales Executive at Renaissance Hotels, your primary responsibility will be to proactively solicit and handle sales opportunities. Your focus will be on building long-term, value-based customer relationships to achieve sales objectives. Additionally, you will assist in leading day-to-day sales activities, ensuring proper turnover for service delivery and meeting personal sales goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with off-property sales channels to coordinate sales efforts effectively. - Strengthen relationships with existing and new customers through sales calls, entertainment, trade shows, etc. - Develop community relationships to expand the customer base. - Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. - Participate in sales calls to acquire new business and support operational aspects of business booked. - Identify new business opportunities to achieve revenue goals. - Understand market trends, target customer information, and competitors to maximize revenue. - Provide exceptional customer service to drive customer loyalty and grow account share. - Support the company's service and relationship strategy by delivering service excellence. - Interact with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels. **Qualifications Required:** - 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 3 years of sales and marketing experience; OR - 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 1 year of sales and marketing experience. **Company Details:** At Renaissance Hotels, the focus is on helping guests experience the DNA of the neighborhoods they visit.
