Sales Manager Proactive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities, ensuring proper turnover for service delivery, leading sales activities, and building long-term customer relationships to achieve sales objectives. Your primary focus will be on generating revenue through successful relationship-building and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with off-property sales channels to coordinate sales efforts and build relationships with existing and new customers for future bookings. - Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and provide accurate turnover to Event Management. - Participate in sales calls to acquire new business, support operational aspects of booked business, and maximize revenue by identifying new opportunities. - Understand market trends, target customer information, and competitors to close the best opportunities for the location. - Provide exceptional customer service, drive customer loyalty, and uphold the company's service and relationship strategy. - Interact with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels. Qualifications Required: - A 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 3 years of experience in sales and marketing; OR a 4-year bachelor's degree in the same major with 1 year of experience. - Strong knowledge of market trends, competitors, and customer expectations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and strengthen customer relationships. - Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and provide exceptional customer service consistently.
