Job Description Company Name : Pristine Developers Location : Pashan, Pune Industry : Real Estate / Property (Luxury Segment) Experience Required : 12 14 Years Role The Sales Manager Luxury Sales will be responsible for overseeing the sales process of premium residential properties , leading a sales team , and ensuring high-value deal closures . The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in luxury sales , excellent client management skills , and strong team leadership abilities. Responsibilities Manage the complete sales cycle for luxury residential projects Lead and mentor a team of sales executives Develop and implement effective sales strategies Conduct client meetings , property presentations , and site visits Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective clients Generate leads through industry contacts, digital platforms, and events Collaborate with marketing, legal, CRM, and operations teams to ensure smooth transactions Keep updated on real estate market trends and competitor activities Maintain accurate sales records through CRM tools. Requirements 12 to 14 years of experience in luxury sales , preferably in real estate, premium hospitality, or high-end automobiles Proven track record of managing teams and achieving revenue targets Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Deep understanding of Punes luxury real estate market Professional, polished , and result-oriented Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate Preferred : MBA or PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate Preferred : Candidates fluent in North Indian languages for better client communication
