Sales Manager MP & CG

You will be joining Agrignite as a Sales Manager for the MP & CG regions. In this full-time hybrid role, your primary responsibilities will include managing day-to-day sales operations, formulating effective sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Your base location will be in Indore with the flexibility to work from home. An essential requirement for this role is a solid understanding of agricultural implements such as rotavators, reapers, harvesters, and garden tools. To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications: - Proficiency in devising and executing sales strategies - Strong capabilities in managing client relationships - Demonstrated track record in achieving sales targets - Knowledge of marketing techniques, both below-the-line and above-the-line - Familiarity with digital media marketing tools - Exceptional communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team - Previous experience in the Agricultural industry would be advantageous - A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required - A comprehensive understanding of agri implements is highly desirable Join Agrignite and be part of a dynamic team that is reshaping Agricultural Sales and Marketing.
