Responsibilities:
· Analyzing sales trends across the industry to develop effective strategies and optimize the current ones.
· Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings.
· Research Consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them.
· Motivate and advise a team of Sales Executives.
· Develop skills continuously for hiring, training and leading team members and ensure that they are using effective Sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
· Generate leads, establish and nurture Client relationships.
· Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them.
· Actively performing in every aspect of the sales process from lead generation, presales activities, demonstration, solution planning and presentation, Proposals/RFQs, negotiations.
