Sales Manager / Marketing manager

The ideal candidate for this role is a motivated and well-organized individual with a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business in both new and existing markets. Additionally, you will partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent. Mentoring employees to help them achieve individual and team objectives will also be a key part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business. In addition, you should have at least 3 years of sales experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required for this role.
