Job Description

As a Hiring Manager/Sr. Manager Sales for a new commercial project in Zirakpur, your role will involve leveraging your strong broker network in and around the tricity area to drive sales and achieve targets. You will play a crucial role in the success of the project by effectively managing sales activities and relationships with brokers. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your existing broker network to generate leads and drive sales for the new commercial project - Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets - Build and maintain relationships with brokers to ensure a steady flow of leads and conversions - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales activities and ensure seamless execution - Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate sector - Strong network of brokers in and around the tricity area - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Please note that this role is full-time and requires your physical presence at the work location.
