Sales Manager – International Virtual Numbers (DID, TFN, 2-Way voice, UIFN)

· Selling Voice and SMS Solutions and services to international and domestic with Telecom operators, aggregators, enterprise customers and BPOs.

· Achieving monthly sales targets and delivering gross margins to the company.

· Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve maximum satisfaction.

· Responding to customer requirements professionally and furnishing them with information on product and services or obtain details of the complaints/concerns.

· Build trust and sustainable relationship with customers through interactive communication.

· Record details of customer interactions, queries, complaints, comments/feedback

· Route concerns that require immediate/special attention to concerned departments
. Follow up to ensure necessary actions are taken and customer issues resolved in least time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

• Quarterly bonus
