- Should have good communication skills and be fluent in both English and Hindi (spoken and written)
- Minimum qualification required is BTech/ BE preferably in CS, Electronics, IT, Telecommunications- additional certification of CCNA will be given preference- Experience in providing technical support in VoIP and server related trouble shooting required- Knowledge of handling Soft switches like VOS, Nexge etc is essential-Experience in Asterisks and FreeSwitch based products will be preferred- Willingness to work in day or night shift
