Sales Manager - International ( IC role)

As a Sales Manager at Interior Company, a subsidiary of Square Yards India's largest real estate platform, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales to contribute to our ambitious growth targets. Located in Qatar, you will be responsible for selling Indian Properties to clients in Qatar, focusing on NRI sales and revenue generation. You will acquire and develop client relationships through direct and indirect sales efforts, offering tailored property solutions aligned with clients" investment goals. Utilizing social and public media marketing campaigns, you will maximize revenue and lead closures, independently identifying potential customers, delivering presentations, and finalizing deals. Managing transactions from sourcing to return on investment generation, you will enhance Square Yards" brand by maintaining service standards and exploring new business opportunities. The ideal candidate for this role will have 1 to 2+ years of sales experience, proficiency in Hindi and English, strong communication, and interpersonal skills. You should possess the ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing environments, handle rejections positively, improvise sales pitches based on customer interactions, prioritize tasks efficiently, and provide pre- and post-sales services for long-term wealth retention.
