Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one video shopping calls with NRI clients to showcase collections and styling options.
• Understand the customer's preferences- occasion, body type, budget, and aesthetic- to make personalized recommendations.
• Present outfits confidently on video, highlighting fabrics, fits, and detailing.
• Build trust and rapport to create a seamless, luxury-style shopping experience.
• Coordinate with store and warehouse teams for product availability, order placement, and dispatch updates.
• Consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales & conversion targets.
• Maintain customer follow-ups, queries, and satisfaction feedback in the CRM system.
• Stay updated with new launches, styling trends, and promotional offers.
