Job Description

As an Industrial Heat Pump Sales Manager, your role will be crucial in driving growth across key industrial sectors by promoting sustainable and energy-efficient heating solutions. You will need to leverage your commercial acumen and in-depth knowledge of thermal systems, utilities, and industrial processes to succeed in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Lead sales of industrial heat pump systems in sectors such as food processing, chemicals, textiles, FMCG, pharma, and manufacturing. - Identify new business opportunities for process heating, drying, cooling, and waste-heat recovery applications. - Develop and implement regional/sector-based sales strategies to meet revenue and margin targets. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with utility heads, plant managers, project engineers, consultants, and EPCs. Technical & Solution Engineering: - Understand customer thermal processes and propose optimized heat pump solutions. - Collaborate with engineering teams to create techno-commercial proposals, drawings, and system configurations. - Conduct technical presentations and solution demonstrations for industrial clients. Project & Commercial Coordination: - Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure. - Coordinate with project, procurement, and service teams for smooth execution and commissioning. - Assist in commercial discussions, pricing, and contract finalization. Market Intelligence: - Stay updated on industrial decarbonization initiatives, policy changes, and market trends. - Analyze competitor technologies and pricing to enhance value propositions. - Identify new segments where heat pumps can replace traditional thermal systems. Customer Relationship Management: - Act as the primary contact for key industrial accounts. - Ensure customer satisfaction and address critical escalations in collaboration with the service team. - Cultivate long-term partnerships for repeat and large-scale investments. Preferred Candidate Profile: - 5-12 years of experience in industrial equipment sales, HVAC, thermal utilities, or energy systems. - Strong knowledge of steam systems, hot water generation, refrigeration cycles, boilers, and utility operations. - Proven track record in B2B industrial sales, solution selling, or project-based selling. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills. - Engineering background (Mechanical/Energy/Chemical) is preferred.,
