As Sales Manager Distribution, you will lead distribution growth via IFAs, national distributors, banks, and wealth managers. Youll engage partners, drive product knowledge, foster relationships, and help achieve sales targets.

Nurture and expand relationships with IFAs, national distributors, banks, and wealth managers
Regularly engage through calls, emails, and on-site visits to address needs, provide updates, and deepen product penetration and AUM growth

Conduct engaging product presentations and training sessions
Share fund performance insights, and market and strategy updates
???????????????????? ???????????????????????????????????????????? & ???????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????????????????:
Own sales targets for assigned territories/channels
Track pipelines, compile reports, and uncover growth opportunities
Resolve partner queries efficiently

Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations and internal compliance standards
Assist partners with application and documentation processes
???????????? & ????????????????????:
Maintain detailed CRM records of partner interactions, feedback, and activities
Support sales collateral preparation and distribution
???? ???????????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
????????????????????????????????????: Bachelors in Finance, Business, Marketing, or related fields (MBA is a plus)
????????????????????????????????????????: 23 years in financial services sales (mutual funds, broking, banking, wealth). Freshers with strong aptitude are welcome.
HNI acquisition, working with HNI and UHNI customers and AIF sales is a must.

Strong verbal and written communication in English + Hindi / Marathi / Gujarati
Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills
Quick learner with a keen interest in financial products and market trends
Customer-first approach with strong problem-solving ability
Self-motivated and proactive, adaptable to both independent and team environments
Fundamental financial knowledge (AIFs, markets, investment concepts)
