Sales Manager-Gold Loan

As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in driving Gold loan sales in the assigned region and leading a team of executives. With 5 to 15 years of experience in Gold loan products, preferably in selling Gold loan products of banks and NBFCs, you will be responsible for various key tasks. These include sourcing and acquiring Gold loan customers at their doorsteps, meeting and converting assigned leads to achieve monthly targets, appraising Gold ornaments, verifying KYC at customers" doorstep, and disbursing loans within the assigned territory. In addition to lead generation, productivity, and revenue generation, you will focus on building long-term relationships with HNI customers for future business. It is essential to strictly adhere to the processes, policies, and guidelines set by the organization. Your role will involve recruiting, training, and motivating the channel sales team, achieving sales targets, guiding the team, and maintaining knowledge of all bank products and services to assist in resolving customer queries. Developing new customer relationships to increase revenue and accounts will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. This is a full-time position that requires a Bachelor's degree, with proficiency in English being preferred.
