The Sales and Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring profitability, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company policies. The role involves managing gold loan disbursements, driving business growth and ensuring process.

Job Responsibilities:

• Branch Operations:
• Manage and supervise all branch activities for gold loan processing, customer service,
• Ensure error-free audit and compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
• SPOC for all audit and resolutions for RCU Gold inspectors incidents
• Sales & Business Development:
• Drive gold loan growth and meet monthly targets.
• Conduct local marketing and promotional activities to attract new customers.
• Cross-sell financial products like insurance, savings, and investment plans.
• Team Management:
• Lead and motivate the team towards the goal
• Provide training and support to ensure high performance and adherence to procedures
• Work along with all internal departments in the branch for business growth.
• Customer Service:
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous service.
• Resolve customer complaints and queries effectively.
• Compliance & Reporting:
• Ensure strict adherence to KYC norms and loan documentation.
• Submit timely reports on branch performance, loan disbursements, and collections.

• Should be a graduate

• Minimum 5 years of experience in gold loans is must

  , preferably in NBFCs (Strong knowledge of gold valuation and loan processing.
