Overview: As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for generating and closing the sales, handle all the store operations ,Managing the team inside the store and closing deals by continuous follow up based on customer needs, while also maintaining strong customer relationships and meeting sales targets.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Pitch the Potential customers with our company products from different categories by understanding their needs, and finally close sales.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to foster loyalty and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding predetermined sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales leads, and overall performance in the company's CRM system.
Address customer inquiries, handle complaints, and provide excellent customer service. Handle all the operations
Stay up-to-date on company products and services, and be able to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
Accurately take and process customer orders.
Perform follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify future opportunities.
Managing teams, on marketing and sales, to achieve company goals.
