Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to maximize performance.
  • Build and maintain strong distributor and retailer networks.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity.
  • Handle key accounts and ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Business/Marketing or related field.
  • 3–5 years of FMCG sales experience (snacks/food sector preferred).
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / +2 with relevant experience in FMCG sales.
  • 1–3 years of field sales experience (FMCG preferred).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Own two-wheeler preferred.
