Salary: UP TO 70K

Location: Sec 37, Gurgaon

Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy & Planning:Developing and executing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Team Management:Leading, motivating, and mentoring a team of sales representatives.
• Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
• Market Analysis:Identifying market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to capitalize on opportunities.
• Performance Monitoring:Tracking sales performance, analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement.
• Customer Satisfaction:Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective after-sales support and issue resolution.
• Coordination:Collaborating with other departments (marketing, supply chain, etc.) to ensure seamless operations and alignment on business objectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
