Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in real estate, commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, architects, consultants, PMC (Project Management Consultants), and government bodies.
Prepare and deliver technical-commercial proposals for elevator and escalator systems.
Negotiate contracts, terms, pricing, and close deals aligned with company margins and sales targets.
Liaise with technical and project teams to ensure feasibility, customization, and client satisfaction.
Track market trends, competitor offerings, pricing, and project pipeline.
Drive conversion of leads from design phase to order finalization.
Ensure timely collection of payments and compliance with agreed terms.
Maintain CRM data and generate regular sales reports for management review.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil) or a related field
MBA in Sales/Marketing (preferred)
510 years of relevant experience in elevator/escalator industry or building materials/project sales

Preferred Skills:

Strong technical understanding of elevator/escalator systems (traction, hydraulic, MRL, etc.)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to read architectural drawings and BOQs
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office
Self-motivated with a customer-first attitude
