Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in real estate, commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, architects, consultants, PMC (Project Management Consultants), and government bodies.
  • Prepare and deliver technical-commercial proposals for elevator and escalator systems.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, pricing, and close deals aligned with company margins and sales targets.
  • Liaise with technical and project teams to ensure feasibility, customization, and client satisfaction.
  • Track market trends, competitor offerings, pricing, and project pipeline.
  • Drive conversion of leads from design phase to order finalization.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and compliance with agreed terms.
  • Maintain CRM data and generate regular sales reports for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil) or a related field
  • MBA in Sales/Marketing (preferred)
  • 510 years of relevant experience in elevator/escalator industry or building materials/project sales

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong technical understanding of elevator/escalator systems (traction, hydraulic, MRL, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to read architectural drawings and BOQs
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office
  • Self-motivated with a customer-first attitude
