Sales Manager / Engineer

You will be joining a dynamic team at K2 Cranes, the Largest EOT Crane Builder in SOUTH INDIA. As a Sales Manager/Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving sales in the Chennai & Bangalore regions. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring the sales plan for the assigned area/region aligns with the annual plan. - Demonstrating excellent communication skills and a target-oriented approach. - Monitoring and enhancing customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. - Ensuring adherence to brand guidelines. - Planning and executing various sales promotion activities. - Collecting and analyzing feedback on new/existing products from sales channels and customers. - Supervising the implementation of organizational processes and policies at the area level.
