Sales Manager – Energy Efficiency & Indoor Air Quality

We are hiring a Sales Manager in Delhi NCR to drive sales of HVAC duct sealing, diagnostics, and cleaning solutions. This role is ideal for a professional who can connect with top decision-makers and deliver long-term business growth.

Your Role:

• Prospect and secure new business across pharma, industrial and commercial clients
• Lead client meetings, product demos and negotiations
• Build strong relationships with CXOs and senior executives
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth delivery

What You Bring:

• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in HVAC, industrial or infrastructure sectors
• Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
• BE/B.Tech/Diploma preferred
