We are seeking a dynamic and results-drivenSales Representativeto drive the sales of our innovative interactive panel solutions to schools and colleges. This role involves direct field sales, conducting product demonstrations, and building strong relationships with educational decision-makers to expand our market presence in the education sector.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Identify and target potential clients including schools, colleges, universities, and other educational institutions
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand each institution's specific requirements and budget constraints
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and lead generation
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales deals effectively
Product Demonstrations & Presentations
- Conduct compelling live demonstrations of interactive panel technology at client locations
- Present product features and benefits using solid arguments tailored to educational contexts
- Showcase how interactive panels enhance classroom engagement, collaboration, and visual learning
- Explain technical concepts in simple, understandable terms for educators and administrators
- Customize presentations to address specific institutional needs and educational objectives
Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers including principals, IT coordinators, and procurement teams
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process and beyond
- Conduct regular follow-up visits to assess satisfaction and identify additional opportunities
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and educational clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction
Market Research & Reporting
- Stay informed about educational technology trends and competitive landscape
- Attend industry events, education conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software
- Provide regular reports on market feedback, customer needs, and competitive intelligence to management
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in education technology, B2B sales, or related field
- Candidates without experience also are eligible if you can prove your mettle
- Experience selling to educational institutions or understanding of the education sector strongly preferred
