Job Description

Position: Sales Manager Tier 3 Datacenter Location: Bangalore, India Experience: 7+ years in Datacenter Sales Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with 7+ years of experience in Tier 3 Datacenter sales . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, acquiring new clients, and managing existing customer relationships. The role requires a strong understanding of Datacenter solutions, Colocation Services, Hosting Cloud Infrastructure, and managed services. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities for Tier 3 Datacenter services. Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise customers, MSPs, and cloud service providers. Client Engagement & Account Management: Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business. Work closely with clients to understand their datacenter and IT infrastructure needs. Provide customized colocation, cloud, and managed service solutions. Revenue & Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets. Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports. Market Intelligence & Strategy: Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements. Provide insights to the leadership team for strategic decision-making. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute sales campaigns. Required Skills & Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in Datacenter sales , preferably in Tier 3 facilities. Strong understanding of colocation, cloud hosting, managed services, and IT infrastructure solutions . Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Ability to build relationships with C-level executives, IT Heads, and Procurement teams . Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills . Strong technical acumen and ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions . Familiarity with industry players like Equinix, STT GDC, NTT, CtrlS, etc. is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field. MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage.
