Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in sales management, including setting targets, tracking performance, and leading teams.
Strong skills in negotiation, relationship building, and customer account management.
Ability to analyze market data, prepare sales forecasts, and develop strategic sales plans.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and standard office software for reporting and communication.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in a similar role in Kozhikode or the surrounding region is an advantage.
