Sales Manager ( Counter Sales )

We are hiring a Sales Manager – Counter Sales who will manage in-store customer interactions, drive sales, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a front-facing role ideal for someone with a strong personality and sales acumen Key Responsibilities: Greet walk-in customers and understand their requirements Recommend products and upsell based on customer preferences Manage daily counter sales and billing operations Maintain stock display and showroom cleanliness Generate sales reports and assist with daily targets Ensure smooth customer service and post-sale support Handle basic administrative duties related to sales Requirements: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in counter or retail sales Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Pleasant personality and customer-centric approach Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
