Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage relationships with all assigned sources and identify new opportunities.
Regularly map lanes and areas with the help of supervisors.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
Provide regular progress updates to reporting managers during team huddles.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of home loan, LAP, and BL products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with NBFCs or similar industries is an added advantage.
Qualification: B.Com, M.B.A/PGDM, M.Com.
