Education: MBA/PGDM
Key Responsibilities
Drive business growth and achieve sales targets across Madhya Pradesh.
Develop, strengthen, and expand the dealer & distributor network through long-term partnerships.Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver organizational goals.
Desired Profile:
Strong background in building materials industry.
Proven success in channel sales (plumbing industry preferred).
