Job Description

You will be responsible for selling the product by establishing contact and building relationships with prospects. Your specific responsibilities will include understanding the educational dynamics of the market and the area, as well as the channel network and industrial areas. You will sell the product by establishing contact and building relationships with prospects, recommending solutions, and developing good relationships with customers through personal contact, meetings, or via telephone. Additionally, you will display efficiency in gathering market and customer information to enable negotiations. To be eligible for this position, you should have at least 4-5 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in service or product sales to education institutions/industries. Existing relationships with educational institutions could be an additional advantage, and knowledge of lending business, especially education institution loans, could also be beneficial. The minimum qualification required is graduation, and experience in LAP loans and educational institution loans is preferred. The technical skills required for this role include good interpersonal skills, negotiation and mediation skills, relationship management, high energy levels, motivation for sales, basic knowledge of computer applications, and proficiency in the local language.
