Job Description

The key responsibilities for this role include generating leads and following up with potential customers. You will be required to explain product features, benefits, and pricing to both domestic and industrial customers. Conducting site visits to assess water quality and recommend suitable purifier solutions will also be part of your duties. Achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets, maintaining good relationships with existing customers for AMC renewals, coordinating with installation and service teams, handling walk-in customers at the showroom or inquiries from digital campaigns, and collecting customer feedback to report market trends are essential tasks. As for the requirements, the ideal candidate should be a minimum of 10th/12th pass with any degree/diploma being preferred. Prior experience in water purifier or home appliance sales would be a plus. Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English are necessary. Candidates should be willing to travel for field sales if in field roles. Basic knowledge of water purification systems is an advantage, and being passionate about customer service and sales is essential. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for fresher candidates. The benefits include cell phone reimbursement, and the work schedule consists of day and morning shifts.
