Job Description:
We are hiring a Sales Manager in Agra to lead business growth and build strong customer relationships. The role focuses on driving sales, achieving targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities through field sales.
• Build and manage long-term client relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales targets within deadlines.
• Monitor local market trends and competitor activities.
• Provide regular sales reports and feedback.

Requirements:

• Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in sales (BFSI/Insurance preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Willingness to travel locally.
