Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives.
Guide, train, and motivate sales staff to meet individual and team targets.
Plan and implement effective sales strategies for product growth and market expansion.
Monitor field performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct reviews.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers.
Ensure daily reporting and target tracking by the sales team

Requirements:

5 years of experience in FMCG sales.
Strong team management and leadership skills.
