Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales experience

  within Commercial Real Estate or Workspace/Flex Space industry, preferably with IPCs.
• Strong ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders, including C-suite and enterprise decision-makers.
• Proven track record of taking the sales cycle end to end, from strategy and pipeline building to negotiation and closure.
• Ability to clearly articulate value propositions, competitive differentiators, and product positioning.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams, especially in fast scaling environments and overseeing beyond sales as well.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setup with the ability to build processes from the ground up.
