As a Sales Lead Development Associate at Fime, your role is crucial in supporting the sales process by identifying potential customers, qualifying leads, and ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team. Your contribution will be instrumental in generating quality leads that drive revenue growth while also maintaining accurate CRM data to enhance sales effectiveness. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage inbound leads from various channels such as Fime website, InMail, and events. - Conduct a high volume of outgoing calls to prospects, effectively identifying their needs and positioning Fime as the ideal solution. - Identify potential customers, initiate contact, and assist the team in early-stage opportunities. - Assess lead quality, nurture relationships, and qualify leads through basic research and campaign tracking. - Record, maintain, and analyze lead/prospect data to ensure accurate and up-to-date CRM records. - Coordinate with inside sales and pre-sales teams for a smooth lead handoff. **Qualifications Required:** - Initial experience in lead generation or sales support activities. - Familiarity with basic lead sources such as email campaigns, social media, online research, and event lists. - Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Engineering, or a related field. - Ability to communicate effectively in scripted interactions and report lead data under supervision. - Capable of resolving basic lead-related issues and collaborating effectively with sales and marketing teams. - Understanding of the commercial impact of leads. - Proficiency in local language (Kannada) along with good English proficiency (oral & written).
