Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Job located in Darbhanga. The Sales professional will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as identifying sales opportunities, presenting products and services to potential clients, managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing training to junior sales staff. The role requires excellent customer service and communication skills to effectively address client needs and ensure satisfaction.

• Strong Sales and Sales Management abilities
• Experience in Training and leading sales teams
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop customer relationships
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in IT product sales is a plus
