Sales & Inventory Coordinator

Job Description

Velltiska is hiring a smart and organised Sales & Inventory Coordinator to manage day-to-day sales, stock updates, and order processing across online platforms. The candidate must know any inventory management CRM/software and be comfortable handling e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Update daily stock and maintain accurate inventory records
• Manage orders from Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
• Coordinate with warehouse for dispatch, packing, and stock counting
• Track deliveries, returns, and damaged items
• Assist in listing updates, pricing changes, and sale campaigns
• Generate simple daily/weekly reports for management

Requirements

• Knowledge of any inventory CRM/software
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Good communication and coordination ability
• Experience in e-commerce operations preferred
• Graduate (any stream)
