Sales Intern

Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated interns who are passionate about real estate. This internship offers hands-on exposure to sales, channel partner management, and customer engagement within a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

Actively go into the market to meet, onboard, and activate new CPs for ongoing projects.

Support Sales Managers in attending customer walk-ins at the site.

Assist in exhibiting and showcasing show apartments to potential buyers.

Assist Sourcing Managers in maximizing sales and revenue generation through CP networks.

Maintain relationships and regular follow-ups with CPs to ensure active engagement.

Conduct calling and follow-ups from VDNB & EDNB databases.

Generate revisits and referral leads through loyalty & referral programs.

Support CRM for proper documentation & booking formalities

Assist the Sales Team in coordinating with customers for collection of the 10% balance amount.

Assist the Sales Team in coordinating with customers for timely collection of SDR amounts.

Coordinate with customers for completion of stamp duty and registration formalities.

Who Can Apply:

MBA / PGDM students (marketing, sales, or real estate specialization preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel locally and meet clients/channel partners.

Passionate about real estate sales and customer engagement.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Presentation
