Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Welcome and engage walk-in customers.
Understand client preferences, needs, and budget.
Provide product information, fabric/material samples, catalogs, and design ideas.

Sales:

Recommend appropriate furniture, fixtures, or decor.
Generate quotations and close sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell related products or services.

Showroom Maintenance:

Ensure showroom displays are tidy, attractive, and up to date.
Coordinate with the visual merchandiser or display team.

Coordination:

Liaise with the design and installation teams for smooth project delivery.
Follow up with clients on delivery timelines, payments, and post-sale service.

Administrative Tasks:

Prepare sales reports.
Maintain CRM or customer records.
Manage billing and order processing.

Skills Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent sales and negotiation ability
Good taste and knowledge of interior styles and materials
Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM, POS) Not mandatory

Qualifications:

High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred in design, business, or marketing) (not mandatory)
1–3 years experience in showroom, retail, or interior design sales (not mandatory)
Familiarity with home decor, modular furniture, or architecture industry (a plus)
