Job Description

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead our overall sales function in the Outdoor Advertising (OOH) industry
  • The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and lead a high-performing sales team
  • This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional leadership skills, and deep industry knowledge, especially in government communications and large-scale media solutions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership & StrategyLead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth objectives
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and business plans for assigned markets
  • Prepare action plans for effective lead generation, prospecting, and new market penetration
  • Monitor revenue performance, sales forecasts, market trends, and competitor activities
  • Client Relationship ManagementBuild and manage strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
  • Understand client needs and propose relevant OOH and transit advertising solutions
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across existing accounts
  • Ensure superior client servicing, timely communication, and issue resolution to maximize retention
  • Business DevelopmentDrive new business acquisition and explore emerging market opportunities
  • Collaborate on strategic pitches, media plans, and large-scale proposals
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts to maximize profitability
  • Team Management & CoordinationProvide guidance, mentoring, and performance management for sales managers/executives
  • Work closely with operations and finance teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and billing
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing guidelines, and credit control processes
  • Reporting & GovernancePrepare and present regular sales reports, performance insights, and strategic recommendations to management
  • Ensure all business activities align with company values, ethics, and compliance standards
  • Provide timely updates to senior management on market risks, opportunities, and performance

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 6-10+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in Outdoor Advertising / OOH / Transit Media / Government Communications
  • Proven ability to lead high-performance sales teams and achieve revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, client needs, and media solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and market visits
