Sales Head - MICE & Weddings

Sales & Revenue Generation

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for corporate events and wedding segments
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets for events and wedding bookings
• Generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, and market research
• Maintain and expand existing client relationships to ensure repeat business
• Conduct property tours and presentations for prospective clients

Corporate Events Management

• Target corporate clients for conferences, team building events, product launches, and executive retreats
• Create customized proposals and packages for corporate requirements
• Coordinate with operations team to ensure seamless execution of corporate events
• Build relationships with corporate travel planners and event management companies

Wedding Sales & Coordination

• Develop wedding packages tailored to different budget segments and requirements
• Conduct site visits with potential wedding clients and their families
• Coordinate with wedding planners, decorators, and vendors
• Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the wedding planning process
• Handle wedding bookings from initial inquiry to final execution

Marketing & Promotion

• Participate in wedding exhibitions, corporate trade shows, and networking events
• Collaborate with marketing team on promotional campaigns and social media initiatives
• Maintain updated knowledge of competitor offerings and market trends
• Develop relationships with wedding planners, event companies, and corporate travel agents

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
