Sales & Revenue Generation Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for corporate events and wedding segments Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets for events and wedding bookings Generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, and market research Maintain and expand existing client relationships to ensure repeat business Conduct property tours and presentations for prospective clients Corporate Events Management Target corporate clients for conferences, team building events, product launches, and executive retreats Create customized proposals and packages for corporate requirements Coordinate with operations team to ensure seamless execution of corporate events Build relationships with corporate travel planners and event management companies Wedding Sales & Coordination Develop wedding packages tailored to different budget segments and requirements Conduct site visits with potential wedding clients and their families Coordinate with wedding planners, decorators, and vendors Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the wedding planning process Handle wedding bookings from initial inquiry to final execution Marketing & Promotion Participate in wedding exhibitions, corporate trade shows, and networking events Collaborate with marketing team on promotional campaigns and social media initiatives Maintain updated knowledge of competitor offerings and market trends Develop relationships with wedding planners, event companies, and corporate travel agents Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
