Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Head located in Kolkata. The Sales Head will be responsible for overseeing the sales activities, managing key accounts, leading and managing the sales team, and developing sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing sales data, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The Sales Head will also collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall sales performance.

• Proficiency in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
• Excellent Team Management abilities
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to interpret sales data and market trends
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, Chennai,
• Experience in the jewelry industry is a plus
