Be Realty Real Estate is seeking an experienced and dynamic AGM - Sales to lead and drive the sales function. The candidate will be responsible for strategic sales planning, revenue growth, team management, and business development . This role demands strong leadership, market acumen, and the ability to drive sales performance while ensuring customer satisfaction . Key Responsibilities (KRAs): 1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and profitability. Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to enhance sales performance. Drive business expansion by identifying new market opportunities and partnerships. Monitor sales KPIs, pipeline management, and conversion ratios. 2. Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Managers, Executives, and Associates . Provide training and development programs to enhance team productivity. Set clear goals, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions when necessary. 3. Business Development & Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI clients, channel partners, and investors . Ensure high customer satisfaction through engagement, consultation, and post-sales service. Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and drive campaigns. 4. Sales Operations & Compliance: Ensure smooth execution of sales processes including documentation, agreements, and compliance. Collaborate with finance and legal teams for seamless transactions. Utilize CRM tools for sales tracking, reporting, and analysis . 5. Market Intelligence & Competition Analysis: Keep abreast of market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities . Provide inputs for product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns . Key Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent sales planning and execution abilities Strong networking and relationship-building skills In-depth knowledge of real estate sales, market dynamics, and regulatory compliance Analytical and strategic thinking with a data-driven approach Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Qualifications & Experience: Education : MBA / PGDM in Sales & Marketing or equivalent Experience : 12-18 years in Real Estate Sales , with at least 5 years in a leadership role Preferred Background : Real Estate Developers, Luxury & Residential Sales
