Role Overview

We are looking for a mature, dynamic, and result-oriented Sales Head with proven leadership in Industrial B2B Sales to lead our nationwide sales force. The ideal candidate must be a strategic vision-holder who brings deep market intelligence, robust OEM relationships, and strong team-building capabilities. You will be responsible for defining the company's long-term sales roadmap, expanding market share, and driving sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities & Strategic Deliverables

1. Sales Strategy & Business Growth

• Formulate and implement aggressive national sales strategies aligned with overall business goals.
• Drive top-line revenue growth across all key segments: OEMs, Direct Industrial Buyers, Government/PSU Tenders, and Dealer/Distributor Networks.
• Identify new market opportunities, expansion geographies, and unaddressed industry verticals PAN India and globally.

2. Key Account Management & OEM Acquisition

• Lead high-value techno-commercial negotiations and build C-suite relationships with top OEM accounts (Elevators, Cranes, Mining, Infrastructure, Shipping, etc.).
• Standardize the company's approach to long-cycle sales, large contracts, and annual rate agreements (RCs).

3. Channel & Distribution Network Scaling

• Audit, strengthen, and expand the PAN-India dealer and distributor ecosystem.
• Establish clear channel policies, margin structures, credit limits, and performance incentives to maintain market discipline and channel loyalty.

4. Leadership & Team Management

• Mentor, manage, and scale a high-performing team of Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), Business Development Managers (BDMs), and Sales Executives.
• Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), conduct quarterly performance reviews, and build a culture of accountability and high execution.

5. Operations, Commercials & Cross-Functional Alignment

• Maintain strict oversight on receivables, credit control, and cash flow cycles in coordination with the Finance team.
• Collaborate closely with Production, QA/QC, and Logistics to ensure timely execution of orders, minimal rejection rates, and high customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate demand forecasting to the supply chain team to optimize inventory and production planning.

Candidate Profile & Key Requirements

Total Experience

Minimum 15+ Years in Industrial / B2B Sales

Leadership Experience

Minimum 5+ years in a senior leadership role (National Sales Head, VP, or GM Sales) managing multi-regional teams

Qualification

B.Tech (Mechanical / Civil / Production) OR MBA in Marketing / International Business (Dual degree preferred)

Industry Background

Industrial Products, Steel Wire Ropes, Lifting Equipment, Heavy Machinery, Material Handling, Elevators, Cranes, or related B2B sectors

Language Skills

Fluency in English (Spoken & Business Writing) is mandatory

Travel

Readiness to travel extensively across India for client visits and team reviews

• Techno-Commercial Expertise: Strong capability to handle technical specifications alongside commercial terms, contract clauses, and risk management.
• Network & Reputation: Solid professional credibility and existing industry network across B2B industrial buying hubs in India.
• Conflict Resolution: Proven ability to manage channel conflict (Direct Sales vs. Distributor Network) and internal operational bottlenecks.
• Digital Savviness: Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.), ERP systems (SAP/Tally), and data-driven sales reporting.

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
