Sales & Growth Associate

You’ll be out in the field, talking to café owners, restaurateurs, and distributors, explaining what makes BROOT different.

get people to taste our coffee and turn them into regular buyers.

You’ll handle:

• Reaching out to new cafés and potential partners across Delhi NCR

• Scheduling tastings and client visits

• Cold calling, mailing, and following up with prospective buyers

• Tracking conversions and maintaining daily reports

• Building long-term client relationships with consistent communication

We don’t care about fancy degrees. We care about energy, curiosity, and consistency.

If you can talk with confidence, listen with intent, and close deals without sounding like a salesman, you’ll fit right in.
