Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales - Forex Products Representative located in Siliguri. The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling Forex products, maintaining customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include engaging with clients, understanding their needs, offering tailored solutions, and managing sales targets. Additionally, the role involves training clients on product usage and handling any customer inquiries or issues.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience and expertise in Sales Management
• Ability to train and educate clients on forex products
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Experience in the Forex or financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
