Sales Force Program Development, VP

The SalesForce Program Development Team within DWS Global Technology in Bangalore, India is looking to hire a Senior Developer. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on SalesForce projects related to Client Relationship Management (CRM), Know Your Customer (KYC), and regulatory compliance for DWS Asset Management. You will be responsible for analyzing and developing components to support SalesForce project deliverables, collaborating with business and technical teams, and ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered to meet client needs. Your responsibilities will include working with Business Analysts and Project Managers, creating technical solutions, collaborating with the development team, and performing Senior Developer duties to maintain and support existing code components. To be successful in this role, you should have 15 to 22 years of experience in SalesForce configuration and development, preferably in the financial sector or a similar regulated industry. You should be proficient in SalesForce technologies such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and related packages like APTTUS and GEOPOINTE. Experience with SOQL, Lightning Components, Visualforce Components, Apex Classes, and other SalesForce CRM technologies is required. Additionally, you should have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and experience working with tools like IntelliJ, Bitbucket, Git, and more.
