Sales Field Executive (Male)

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Sales Field Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to convert conversations into business. The ideal candidate is active, talkative, smart, and highly convincing, with a strong drive to achieve targets through on-ground field activities.

If you have prior experience in the steel industry, it will be a strong advantage. However, candidates from similar field-sales backgrounds with proven performance are welcome. Minimum graduation is preferred but not mandatory—your experience and attitude matter the most.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to generate leads and acquire new business.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication.
• Identify potential clients, pitch products/services confidently, and close deals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through active market exploration.
• Provide timely updates on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Maintain high professional ethics and represent the company responsibly.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and customer support.

Required Skills & Qualities

• 1.5 years of field sales experience (Steel industry experience is a major plus).
• Highly talkative, confident, and convincing in customer interactions.
• Ability to travel/roam extensively in assigned areas.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Energetic, smart, active, and target-focused.
• Good work ethics and professional behaviour.
• Minimum graduation preferred, but experience outweighs qualification.
