Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Faculty at Hustlify, located in Kozhikode. The Sales Faculty will be responsible for conducting sales training sessions, developing training materials, coaching and mentoring, and staying updated on the latest sales techniques and industry trends. Additionally, the Sales Faculty will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary improvements. The role involves significant interaction with sales personnel to ensure that the knowledge and skills imparted are effectively implemented.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of sales techniques, sales processes, and customer relationship management
• Experience in developing training materials and conducting training sessions
• Excellent coaching, mentoring, and communication skills
• Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and adapt programs accordingly
• Team collaboration and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is a plus
• Previous experience in a sales or sales training role is preferred
