Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers and convert leads into bookings
Clearly pitch experiences, itineraries, pricing, and onboard offerings
Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable options
Handle objections confidently and close sales over calls
Maintain accurate records in CRM and track follow-ups
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets consistently

Preferred candidate profile

2+ years of outbound tele-sales / inside sales experience
Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
Experience in travel, hospitality, international sales, or luxury services preferred
Comfortable with targets, call volumes, and fast-paced environments
