Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Malappuram for a Sales Executive in the FMCG sector. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential customers, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and conducting product demonstrations. The role also includes offering training sessions for customers or team members as needed and contributing to the company's overall sales strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and build rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and monitor performance metrics.
• Experience in providing Training for customers or team members to enhance product knowledge and service capabilities.
• Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in the FMCG sector is advantageous.
• Proficiency in local languages, in addition to English, is preferred.
